Keith Maxwell - Founder & CEO, Spark Energy
Spark Energy’s Founder and CEO, W. Keith Maxwell, III, started this business from the ground up. Keith found the answer to his "Why" in giving entrepreneurs, such as yourself, an opportunity through the power of deregulation.
Keith was named Ernst and Young’s 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year® in the Energy, Chemicals, and Mining category. Keith truly has a passion for the American dream. Ampegy was started with this principle in mind – every American should have the opportunity to be empowered to achieve their goals in life.
Todd Thoman - President, Ampegy

As President of Ampegy, Todd Thoman leads the overall strategy for the energy network marketing company, which offers the chance for Independent Representatives to own their own business by leveraging the power of energy deregulation in multiple states.
Before he was named President, Todd was vice president of human resources and community affairs for Spark Energy. In his career, Todd has held a wide range of management roles and has gained experience in human resources, operations and marketing with companies like Alfred Dunhill of London, Armani Exchange and Paramount Pictures.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Southern California. In 2011, he was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award from the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation. Known for goodwill toward a variety of children's literary needs, Todd is an active supporter of the National MS Society. He and his family reside in Houston.
Darren Jensen - Chief Sales Officer , Ampegy

As Chief Sales Officer, Darren Jensen focuses on the life cycle and experience of the Independent Representative and developing new programs and incentives.
Darren has spent his entire 21-year career in the network marketing industry and has held various management positions in international business, operations and product development and has advanced through successive leadership roles. Additionally, Darren co-founded two $100 million network marketing companies, and most recently, he was instrumental in growing a start-up company to $150 million in only four years.
Darren earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He is an accomplished business leader earning Utah Business magazine’s 2009 Top Forty Under 40 award and he was a finalist for the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in the Worldwide Vice President of Sales category. He also has worked in his community as a volunteer firefighter and has proudly served as scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
Amanda Wilson - Controller, Ampegy

Amanda serves as Controller and is responsible for executing Ampegy’s accounting and financial reporting, which supports the Ampegy’s growth. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, she ensures Ampegy’s books and records are properly maintained and that the organization’s financial results are reported timely and accurately.
Before joining Ampegy, she served both public and non-public companies by performing audits of financial statements and internal controls with increasing responsibility over a seven-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public accounting from the University of Texas. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Houston chapter of the Texas Exes Alumni Association.
Rachel Rodriguez - Senior Manager, VIP Services & Training

As Senior Manager of VIP Services & Training, Rachel oversees and trains the Ampegy Representative Success department, a team of specialists who meet the business support needs of the company’s Independent Representatives. An integral part of the Representative Success department’s role is capturing and communicating feedback, promptly responding to inquiries and developing solutions for the success of Independent Reps. Additionally, Rachel serves as the primary contact for the company’s top ranking Independent Reps and ensures Ampegy provides outstanding and reliable service to its entire sales force across the country.
With more than 16 years of experience, Rachel is passionate about customer service. She successfully led call center units for Spark Energy, where she cross-trained customer service Reps in 16 energy markets on multiple Corporate Information Systems (CIS). While at Spark Energy, she created and implemented many customer and employee support programs.
Rachel has had extensive training in customer service and quality assurance and has received her Customer Operations Management Certification. Rachel is married with two teenage children.
